Craig moved to Myrtle Beach from Winston-Salem, NC in 1998 and has worked in property management since. From maintenance to Broker and practically everything in between, Craig has gained invaluable insight into the coastal South Carolina rental markets from North Myrtle Beach to Charleston. In 2015 after a years-long position with a large management firm he opened his own management office in Myrtle Beach part-time which quickly grew into a full-time job.
